5. Reclamation II: In response to the impotence of Apmat to make any real modifications to Tampa, in 2005 the Parasitic Enhancements initiative begins. These actions are based on the alterations people subject themselves and their surroundings to on a daily basis to attain perfection. Using tape, the subjects are adorned, pulled, bound and in some cases, sealed off from their surroundings. These actions continue after moving to Knoxville and I start to think the problem is with me, not Tampa, and that further modifications will have to be made.
